kheer with almond paste
ingredients
5 kg full cream milk
1/2 cup rice soked and ground into a paste
1 cup almonds,blanched and ground fine
1-1/2 to cups sugar pinch of saffron ,rosted and
crushed
1 cup almond choped
crushed
1 cup almond choped
1 cup pistachoies,choped
1 tespon green caradmom powder
2 cups evaporated milk or khoya silver file foil
for garnish
start making kheer
boil the milk and add the rice and almond paste
,string all the whille to prevent lumps benig
formed cook till
the milk startsto thicken add the sugar and the
rest of the ingredients
mix well so the kheer become of mediam consistency
.remove from heat ,and pour into the large galas
bowls.
garnish with silwer foil , then cover with chill
before serving
